I've ordered from Lively Root in the past and always had a good experience. I think the true measure of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong and Lively Root did not dissapoint. We ordered a plant that was a little worse for wear when it arrived. I contacted Lively Root and they responded immediately with an offer of a replacement plant or a credit. Super responsive and great customer service!

I have three beautiful plants that I got from lively root. I trust them not only do they care about their plants but they care about their customer service they will help you if you have any issue and they stand behind what they do. I have a money tree, Areca Palm and a ruby rubber and I love them all. I also have a bromeliad coming this week

I ordered an orange bird of paradise from Lively Root. They sent me the wrong plant, twice. Why do I give them 5 stars? The customer service was impeccable. They did everything right to correct their mistake. The email response & communication was very timely. The shipping of a replacement plant(s) was very timely. And most of all the quality & packaging of the plants is excellent. I would not hesitate to order from them again, knowing that they stand behind their product.
