I had an amazing experience at BJ’s, thanks to Carrie! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and did it all with a genuine smile. Her attention to detail was impressive—she made great menu suggestions, checked in frequently, and made us feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find such friendly and attentive service, and Carrie made our meal memorable. BJ’s is lucky to have her on the team! We’ll definitely be back because of her exceptional service. First time here and was truly impressed. We had Shannon as our server and she was incredible. Constantly refilling and checking on us, which we liked. The manager ( I think her name is Bre) was great as well! She came to our table and chatted for a few minutes and was very genuine. Would highly recommend!!

Haven't been here in quite awhile, don't know why! I had such an amazing experience with my family! Our server, Carrie , was always a step ahead with our needs! Our food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious!!! ( I had the prime rib special). The manager, I believe her name was Bri, came by to see if everything was great! Literally felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant! Thank you for making this a memorable experience! I will be back much more often from now on!!

Visited this restaurant during a weekday for dinner with my family. It was surprisingly crowded for weekday at 830pm and we had to wait for 10-15 minutes to get a seat.

The food was amazing and our waiter Patrick was awesome. We ordered a kids cheese pizza, brussel sprouts appetizer and a large veggie pizza. The service was prompt and Patrick was very accommodating wrt some modifications that we made to the order. He also kept checking on us at regular intervals in case we needed anything.

The pizza and brussel sprouts were delicious. The amount of veggie toppings was good enough and the pizza was nice and soft. They also have potato smiley fries for kids, which all of us enjoyed. The quantity of food for the price was good.

The ambience of this restaurant is also really good. It gives you a feel of happening and as we were in a booth, we had enough privacy and coziness for our family.

Their new menu is just a two pager and so easy to go through and order rather than getting confused as to what to order when they had a booklet menu in the past. Ample of free parking available and also they have a good selection of desserts. Overall a great restaurant to visit with family and enjoy amazing food. Highly recommend.

It’s has been awhile since my family had eaten at BJ’s. That will now change to regulars. Last week we had Carrie M as a server. Carrie is the most spunky and on top of it server. Our large pizza came out perfect and so delicious, nobody does pan pizza like BJ’s. Carrie kept my Shirley temples full. I gave that woman a run for her money and she never left me thirsty! Also I must say your chicken tortilla soup is the best this side of the border. We will be back to your Santa Margarita location and hope to have Carrie again as our server. Thanks The Brown family

My husband and i arrived for a late lunch at about 1:30. Surprisingly, the restraunt was still pretty full.
We were seated next to a huge group of women, I think about 18 of them. Our server (Jessica R.) was phenomanal!! She was running back and forth from the kitchen to tables and never missed a beat!

I had a Sante fe salad with tri tip, and my husband had a guacamole burger. We both had iced tea to drink. Jessica made sure we were never overlooked. She was happy and friendly, obviously a seasoned waitress. Thank you, Jessica, for being so incredibly professional with a smile.
