The gardens are well maintained and offer a nice variety of plants, but I think I expected a bit more in terms of wow factor. That said, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which added a nice touch to the visit. If you enjoy a peaceful stroll surrounded by nature, it’s worth a visit, but it might not blow you away.

This is a huge, beautiful and well kept botanical garden with thousands of different varieties of exotic flowers and plants, stunning grounds and lakes. They even have a nice butterfly exhibit. They also have a garden cafe with outdoor bar where you can get sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies and so much more. Staff is nice and helpful. Weather is nice now since ain’t too hot outside so get comfortable shoes on and go for a walk here cuz you won’t regret it.

The display is fantastic and eye catching! The lights are used in ways to suggest fireflies flitting through the upper trees. I enjoyed that there was pleasant music playing throughout the whole experience. It was also great traveling in as a whole crowd as the first session entering the garden. Parking was convenient but wasn't too clear about how to get out of the park but that wasn't a major issue

We had a magical tour of the garden. It was clean, organized and welcoming. The staff helped us find our way and catch a glimpse of the most beautiful areas of the garden. The butterfly garden was absolutely stunning. The flowers were blooming, the waterfalls were breathtaking.

When we thought it was over, Alvin, the security, found us and guided us to the areas of the garden that were the most beautiful based on the sunlight at the time. He is so friendly and has a beautiful heart. I hope you get a chance to meet him at your visit!

One of the best days at the garden. Thank you for a special and magical day Fairchild!!

This place is gorgeous! We took advantage of the reciprocal admission program because we have a membership with a botanical garden in Ohio (definitely check if you're eligible, we've saved quite a bit on garden admissions when we travel). But the $25 a person admission would have been worth it. The garden is huge and there's so many lovely serene spots that we could have easily spent half a day here. Don't miss the wonderful misty rainforest!

A great botanical garden at a reasonable price. We saw lots of great plants and had a lovely 1.5 hour tour. There was always plenty of shade, even though it was lunchtime. There were also lots of smaller animals to see, especially iguanas. Unfortunately, the butterfly house wasn't very full, as they don't breed them themselves. The limited-time dinosaur exhibition was great for our youngest son.

Stopped by Fairchild Tropical Garden on the way to the airport with some friends. Next time I will allow at least a full day. This place is huge and beautiful. My phone was low on battery so I was only able to capture a small amount of pictures.

The exotic butterfly exhibit is amazing! ?

The Baobab tree was wild to see in person.

There was this one tree that had these tiny flowers and the bees were loving it; if you stood and listened it sounds like it was raining because the bees were so busy at work collecting the pollen. ?

The gift shop had lots of unique items at reasonable prices. Last, but not least, the staff!! Wonderful group of people!

Side note: You may experience a dead zone for cell service, you can jump on their WiFi if needed.
