I've called about this several times and spoke with the manager several times about Stater bros employees smoking cigarettes outside the store, this not only affects our kids but us adult with second hand smoke. They smoke all the time within 15 feet of the door and by the water machine. So if you go get water you get smoke too. It's unbelievable how the manager can't control that when it's as simple as looking at the cameras see who smokes and talk to them.

I will set aside the chaos of a remodel. The employees are miserable. No smile. No life in them at all. They had the one item I went in for (after a hunt, again... Remodel), and the floors are new. I should know not to go near this place.

Something's off with the management of this place. The 5-6 employees standing around outside polluting the entrance with cigarette smoke, goofing around while there's no carts is a preview of what service is like inside. Huge attitude problems among check out people and baggers- never a thank you or even acknowledgement, where do they find all these obstinate workers one has got to wonder. Twice almost got plowed over by employees running around and not watching where they're going. It's not a Planet Fitness! Overheard managers standing in a group of 3 speaking in a derogatory way about women. No regard for the women shopping walking right by them.

All that remodeling and they could not spent one penny on the Scooters! They're old and they always run out of battery really fast

They always long lines such a hassle here and its not even thar its busy just the cashier are so slow . Can u guys provide them with some coffees or something to they can wake up .this is why people get mad at u guys and I've witness some people.complaining too about the slow lines. Thankfully we only come here for 2 things on top of it always being a hassle its over priced here.... maybe get rid of cashiers and invest in some self cheeckout . The cashiers never smile or greet u with a welcomes hello how vons does.

Despite the convenience of some new products, the new layout is much less functional than previous. The flow of customers is turbulent and unnatural, clogging on both sides of the store and in front of the deli. And the removal of one of the entrance/exit double doors to reduce shrink is claustrophobic and unsafe in case of emergency.

The newly remodeled store is awesome! There's even a sushi bar. Their meats and produce selection remains outstanding.

I drive to Palm Springs to the store on Sunrise/Vista Chino. The store in DHS where I live is awful. The fruit is not fresh, the store is dirty and you get approached and harassed by the homeless people. I had a cashier warn me because I had my purse in the cart that I shouldn't leave it there because someone will grab it and steal it. They need to clean up the store, get fresh products and take pride in where they work.
