Thankfully, my ability to pronounce the location is not dependent on my ability to visit their! Phenomenal throwback to a lovely Parisian experience.

The pastries are quite tasty and amazing! I had an Americano which was crafted to perfection. And if I'm being honest, I was a bit surprised at the plethora of choices put before me. I very wide range on the sweet and savory scale.

One of the family favorites is the chocolate croissants so make sure you try one of those!

My only feedback would be that they could probably do with a decent sized dehumidifier. Many of the pastries were covered, but some were open air and I'm not sure about humidity in France, but in Alabama, it's not an asset ? that said, flavor was still on point! Highly recommend.

The flavors were exquisite, leaving me craving for more with each bite and sip. The Jalapeño Sausage Roll had just the right amount of spice, perfectly balanced with the savory goodness of the sausage, while the hot chocolate was rich and decadent, a true treat for the senses?

But beyond the delicious food and beverages, what truly sets Boulangerie apart is its inviting atmosphere and attentive service? The staff members are friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall charm of the place?

Went to support my friend at a drag performance and ordered a few spiked Italian sodas, delicious! Had a chocolate croissant also super delicious. Struck up a conversation with a worker, and they informed me that they make everything fresh in the morning. Awesome to hear! Super friendly staff. I'll definitely come back.

This was my first time in and WOW! The staff were absolutely precious and so helpful. The atmosphere is so cute and comfy. The pastries were delicious and the bread is fresh and warm when they give it to you. Highly recommend!!

The staff was amazing and friendly. The macarons were to die for, and the espresso was tasty. The environment was welcoming and felt magical. I enjoyed seeing their cake princess decorating a cake in the front window of the store. I love this new addition to downtown Auburn and can't wait to see what other surprises they have in store.

I have stopped by multiple times and haven’t been disappointed! I had the vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, and birthday cake cake favors and all were so delicious! I also tried the chocolate chunk and birthday cake cookies and they were the perfect amount of crunch and softness. The croissants are fluffy and flavorful. Brownies and whoopie pies are the chewy goodness you hope for. I enjoyed the different breakfast options provided. I chose the spinach and bacon quiche and the ham and cheese quiche, flaky and comforting! I highly recommend stopping in and giving them a try!

We ordered a heart cake for Valentine’s Day and it is hands down the most incredible strawberry cake we’ve ever had! So cute, such a great price, and so delicious. So glad to have such a great bakery in town!
