Casual, friendly atmosphere. A bit pricey for a small cup, but worth it. The young man was very pleasant and also offered us a free topping, which was very kind of him.? The double malt chocolate & strawberry ice cream were absolutely delicious. I'm definitely coming back soon.?

Good ice cream! Customer service could use some attention!

We are regulars here at this location. The ice creams are always good, good quality and good quantity!

The customer service could use a little more attention. My wife and I were the only ones in there. Still, no eye contact from the two employees there.

They answered our questions, and they asked what we wanted politely, but no eye contact. To me, that is very important when it comes to customer service, especially if they were not too busy. It was only two of us!

ZERO customer service. A dude working that can't even look at a customer or say hi or ask what you want. Very odd dude working on 9/18/24 around 7pm. Didn't make my ice cream creation correctly then tried to fix it and by now with all of the mashing it's liquidfy. I always tip but not this time! Hire better people to maintain regular clientele!!

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery and not only was the ice cream amazing but excellent customer service. I highly recommend it there are many options to choose from to create and delicious sundae. Also, the staff were very pleasant. Definitely go there for a tasty treat!

Best place in RSM for a sweet treat! We love Cold Stone Creamery they always have great service and their new dairy free option is a life saver for our family and it’s delicious. Make sure you say hi to Ben the owner he is always there to help you with your choice.
