Do not buy dog food from this company! Firstly, I found a dime and a penny in two different bags of dehydrated, dog food. But what was even worse than finding the coins was the pathetic, uncaring, ridiculous response from Customer Service. They flat out do not care. I told them they needed to do a recall of the Fish Pure Formance dog food that had coins in two separate bags of food. But I never even heard back from them after the second reporting. They didn’t even bother to get the UPC code for the second bag. I’ve reported this to the FDA and I’m hoping that they will force a recall.
I’m guessing one of their employees is throwing coins in the bags of dog food because they are so miserable working there. I’m not surprised. If Customer Service is any glimpse of what this company is like… They are absolutely horrific!! Save yourself a lot of money and preserve the wellness of your animal and buy a different brand!

I began ordering this for my Corgis who are allergic to everything. I ordered a premix and a dehydrated beef. It took several weeks to receive my order. My Corgis seemed to love the dog food. On my 3rd order when I added the beef my Corgis tasted it and spit it out on the floor. They would not touch the food. Corgis live to eat, they will eat almost anything, but they would not eat from this bag of dehydrated beef. I put it out for the feral cats and they also would not eat it. I tried to contact the company immediately and they did not even have a working customer service phone number. Even sending an email was difficult. I finally heard back a few days to a week later. When I called and explained the problem and explained that I had almost a completely full bag that I could not use and asked for a credit, not a refund, to apply to more premix not the dehydrated beef, there was a pause and the representative said she would have to get back to me. I was appalled. I am used to the excellent customer service from Chewys and The Honest Company. Received an email back, not a call, saying they could not credit me for the unused beef dog food but would give me a discount on more. Why would I want a discount on dog food my dogs will not eat. I will be ordering from Dr Harvey's, and The Honest Company also Chewys. I would not recommend this company. Their greed far exceeds their sorry customer service.

DO NOT FEED THIS FOOD. It almost killed my 5 yo Great Dane. Had him on it for about 6 months. He started losing weight. I did a nutriscan to rule out any food allergies. Another month went by and he was still losing weight even though eating recommended amount. When I took him to the vet he was in renal failure and severely malnourished. Vet said this was not the first time she had seen it with grandma Lucy’s. He had to have months of injections to get his health back. Tried to contact the company multiple times and no response. If you love your pet stay away!

I would give less than 1 star if I could.. I’m a new customer and customer service is the absolute worst! I’ve been trying to contact them relentlessly for a week now and haven’t heard a word back from them. I’ve left messages called all hours of the day emailed and nothing. I ordered food well over a week ago now and it took forever for it to ship… once it finally said it did ship there has been zero progress in shipment.. incredibly frustrating and they have lost a customer over this

My cat absolutely loves this food and has zero health problems as a result of this food. I can not attest to their customer service as I have never had to use them, but I can say I will continue to purchase their cat food, hopefully for years to come.
