Been coming here for years, never thought to leave a review but this young lady Angelique was soo impressive with the way she treated myself and the customer before me, I felt compelled to leave one. I think she's new because I haven't seen her there before, but she is honestly exceptional in her mannerisms, work ethic and cleanliness!
This place has great products and now even better customer service!

This store has an amazing selection of gluten free deserts in their bakery! The strawberry tres leches is my favorite! The customer service is always perfection! They are all so happy and welcoming! They truly care about their customers! It’s also always so clean and organized which is a plus! My day is always made when I come here! I can’t wait to go back!

I used to love this place and their smoothies and salad bar, always expected and received quality and appreciated the clean ingredients in everything. Today I went in for a salad and right before checking out I saw a maggot in my salad squirming on top of my tofu. I was beyond disappointed and disgusted, so happy I saw it before eating it! Traumatized my kids who were with me and saw it as well…I feel sick just thinking about it and don’t plan on shopping at organic roots again after that. So unfortunate ?

I always enjoy coming here. Every time it’s so fun to just walk into and look at products and what’s new. The salad bar is yummy and great to play around with flavors for a good salad. The prepared food is delicious too. There’s a good amount of selection for the organic produce and the bulk section is great to roam around too. The prices are somewhat high in my opinion so that’s why I find it a luxury for ME. It’s kind of a cross between sprouts and Whole Foods. The atmosphere for me was chill. The customer service is very to the point. I highly enjoy the experience every time I go.

Once I approached to cashier's desk to check out, cashier put the Closed sign once she saw me, which is already unusual and rude. Then when I left to check out to the other cashier I saw that she's checking out the other associate even with the Closed sign on. This will keep me out of this store forever.

As a frequent shopper of roots, and when I say that I’m in there once a week. I love the store. I tend to stay away from the hot food bar because it’s going to be a hit or miss. Most often times than not, it's a miss. But I was just feeling it today and I got myself a little box of food. I have many thoughts. Some of the things are actually good, the salting is usually always under done but as an amateur chef it’s better under salting than to over salt something. Thats just something I’ve noticed. Spiced potatoes. Not good. I’m not sure why when I had picked that it was going to be like hot spicy not holiday spice clove cinnamon whatever was on there. Might appeal to some folks but definitely not how I’d choose to cook potatoes. Maybe do that on the sweet potatoes. Fennel seed Chicken some seemed over cooked maybe sitting out too long without moisture, and some seemed undercooked but I’m sure we check it to 165 though it’s just unpleasant looking. Even the lady next to me was looking at the chicken trying to pick the most appealing piece Had it last week and it was good. Just my criticism. Veggies never have much life to them. Orange tofu was actually good so there’s no comment there. Samosa was fine not too much life there either but not the worst thing. My problem is the inconsistency I had literally come here last week and the lentils were delicious the chickpeas were good the chicken was good a little under salted but the flavor was great. I think I’ve learned my disappointing lesson from the hot food bar officially, love the store though.
