I’ve been here couple of times before
Average Waite for loading tankers around 5 to 8 hrs
Today I have a pick up at 2:20 am ( not 2:30 not 3:00)
I checked in last night at 11:00pm and it’s 7:15 am and still waiting

My appointment time was 10:00am I checked in 09:00am I didn't get loaded until 03:00pm. I was told if you dont work for Prime yor appointment time will be pushed back. As you can see on the pictures on the parking lot.

Trucker review - picked up TL of dry van freight. Loading time could improve but it's not horrible by any means. The people are very friendly. Room for a 53. Use Coastwise Street entrance. Pull up to gate and use intercom.

Inconsistent with loading times causing drivers to wait several hours to days. This causes the load to consistently be late to the receiver. In addition, AAK refuses to pay Detention to the driver.

DRIVERS BE WARNED. CHECK AAK BEFORE COMING HERE. I HAVE A APPOINTMENT, UPON ARRIVAL THEY REFUSED THE LOAD SAYING THEY HAVE NO SPACE IN THE WAREHOUSE.
