The frozen yogurt is always a hit for my kiddos. I hate to give it 3 stars but every time me, my husband and even a few friends I’ve talked to get the wholesome bowl. It completely wrecks our stomach! I’m not sure what it is. Also, the staff is very much not into costumer service. They aren’t overtly rude. Just not friendly. I know most of them are young. But wish for just a bit more friendliness from the staff.

Great food. Have always loved the LB bowl and the Choco bliss. Been coming for years and I’m glad it’s one of the few places in Laguna that has stayed the same. Atmosphere is great. Air conditioned and often has rotating art exhibits. Overwhelming positive place. Nothing but good experiences over the years.

I’ve been coming here since like 2013 cause I love the wholesome bowl and Laguna is my home beach. I know that most of the time there are teens working the register so I remember to give them grace, but this current batch is rude. Back when I was a teen the ones who worked at Active were very friendly and attentive. Yesterday I went in for a bowl and stood there for literally 5 whole minutes waiting for the TWO girls standing at the front to turn around and help me. They were more concerned about their online orders that they were straight up ignoring the customers they had directly in front of them. Doesn’t seem like a good business practice. They for sure noticed me and didn’t give me the time of day, until finally a third employee came back from cleaning tables and helped me right on time because I was getting ready to walk out and drive to the San Clemente location.

Took 30 minutes for 2 smoothies and a bagel. Not busy and did not expect to wait this long. When you think of a smoothie you assume fast and convenient not the wait of a sit down restaurant.

My wife and I stopped there to share a delicious acai bowl. It was quiet while we were there (about 9:30 am on a Saturday morning), and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio with our dogs. There was a slight view of the ocean, but quite a bit of construction going on. The service was very good.

I love this place! I usually only come for fro-yo, but I know they have other options. However, the fro-yo is bomb and I love the toppings! They have healthy options as well. Service is always great and the staff personifies the active culture lifestyle. It's great to sit on the patio and stare at the beach while chilling. After, it's just a short walk across the street to Anita Beach.

Simple, wholesome ingredients ... the way breakfast should be.
I like the “ Naked coconut shake with blueberries. The fresh fruit fuzed water and the fancy avocado toast. There are choices to choose from and the yogurt station as well.

It was my first time visiting Laguna beach after a 2 hours drive. We were all so hungry! The hummus wrap was extremely salty like someone poured extra salt over it before wrapping it. They also got our chocolate bliss smoothie wrong by forgetting the chocolate, then they gave us a second smoothie and forgot the peanut butter ? we found that kind of funny. I know they were training new people so they were very kind and gave us some 50% off coupons and took the charge off our smoothie. My favorite thing probably was the salsa and açaí bowl (the smoothies were also really good even though they messed the order up). We came back for frozen yogurt and it was okay too. So just be careful ordering the hummus wrap unless you like large quantities of salt ? aside from the mishaps , the people working were so so kind and understanding and I’m sure if I mentioned the hummus wrap they would have been kind and gave me a new one , I was just so hungry I couldn’t wait. I probably wouldn’t come here again but I’m sure the people working here deserve more praise, I know they were working so hard & went out of their way to be kind.
