These people in the shipping office really need a customer service class. They go from telling you that your checked in with a good pickup number to having you sit for 5 hours only to call you and say hey we aren't loading anymore your pickup has changed to a different cooler only you will have Google them yourself so enjoy. Yet there are 3 other coolers I. That same area by the same name and not even the company you work knew about the change.

Very poor attitude from all employees all spoke very little English if any at all and would not unload my truck until the pallets were stacked by me because of load shifted took 4 hrs too do. will refuse any loads too this company in the future.

This is a cooler remember that. If they dont have the product you need to wait for it. Their job is to cool it and load it nothing more. Without product you will not be loaded, if you come late and there are 10 other trucks in front of you that is not the coolers fault. First come first served
