First off I would like to say that the customer service and hospitality shown was great and welcoming, The products received are amazing and second to none, I was experiencing an issue with the checkout process but when asking for assistance, I was provided with a prompt response and a solution was quickly provided, which made it possible for me to complete my purchase, shipping was free as the order was over $100 which is a great deal when looking into the price of shipping costs, the complimentary service is truly appreciated. Altogether this was a great shopping experience with Aina & Co, The T-Shirts fit us well, are extremely comfortable and also looking great. The soapnut powder is a one of a kind product that is good for so many different uses, a great multi purpose item for so many reasons, also I am excited for the spring season and garden planting, as now I will get to experience the benefits that come from using both the neem cake fertilizer to amend the soil in the garden space, along with the neem oil for spraying the plants in foliar applications. All in all I am very satisfied with the results of this business transaction and will be ordering from Aina & Co again once the need arises, as I don't know where to find another product that is capable of matching the quality nor have other products used in the past ever shown themselves to be equivalent to what Is being offered at Aina & Co. My new favorite thing!!!!! I purchased the neem oil, neem fertilizer and a shirt. The package arrived in timely manner. The package was neat and professional. It even came with a note for instructions which was perfect for a newbie like myself. The couple that owns the company are super responsive and nice. Product: the neem fertilizer has my garden flourishing. Every plant and flower LOVES this stuff. The neem oil has my pest issue under control and the spray didn’t cause any issue with my flower. This company deserves more than five stars. You know in the on a 4.0 grading scale, it needs beyond a 4.0 GPA because it’s clearly Gifted and Talented. I bought the neem oil and soap nut butter and let me tell you! The way the product is packaged just shows you the thought and love that was put into their products. Every interaction I've had with this company and family has been inspiring. Whether that be as simple as buying some of their local veganicly/organic grown produce or conversation about how they've gotten to where they are now. I would certainly recommend heading over to the Sunday market and check out what they have you and leave with a smile! If you are island be sure to go early! They sell out quick!
