In regards to communication, it is a zero stars.
In regards to supervisors, they are chill.
This is my first time using them and when they dropped off the container they didn't call me to tell me there was an issue in its location. They did make it right and came back the following day which was greatly appreciated. When I first called to order it I specifically asked if there was a charge to deliver it as it says in their website, in which they replied no. It is a deposit of $500 and I would either get a refund or pay the remaining amount once it is weighed. I spoke to two different people and they both told me the same thing. I now have a bill with a delivery fee of $520. I called and they didn't take responsibility for what they told me even tho it is recorded.

I am a contractor and I Had to work with this company because there are only limited amount of vendors approved by city of San Ramon. The price they have been charging me compare to regular dumper services have been feeling like blatant extortion. If you want to spend nearly 3k on 2 7 yard-boxes, more than welcome to choose their service.

Despite charging outrageous price, the online system UI is absolutely horrendous to use. Delayed my project and put holds on my account, and they weren’t even able to help me with my service request on the phone, after already spending like 2.5k on 2 tiny debris boxes from them.

Rude customer service. They missed a pick up and said the next available garbage pickup will be the following week. No apology, no nothing for paying for this service. I had to ask for the credit for this week and the customer service rep was so rude and didn't even explain how this work. Avoid this company. Really poor service.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. On 11/29/2022 I got hit from behind by one of their trucks on redwood rd in Castro Valley. He was merging from the curb trying to get to the left turn lane and crossed 2 lanes and hit me from behind. I have a police report stating they are at fault and a video showing that CHP obtained from the garbage/recycle truck that had hit me. Their insurance company AXA XL had the nerve to say that they will only claim 50% liability. I could have gotten seriously injured and other cars would've gotten hit by his negligence and this company takes no accountability. I have the video on my tik tok @reginecarlosbuena. They are bullies and can belittle people because they have the money to do so. Go check out the video and you will see. I was just going to work that morning. I work two jobs trying to provide for my family. This is not ok.

Horrific customer service. Lazy drivers. It’s a shame they get to monopolize a whole city’s service. This should be illegal to be forced to use a single service that we pay for beyond our taxes.

Drivers are very inconsiderate, they think they own the road. Drivers will make blind wide turns, cut you off, and will turn into your car and will blame their mistakes on you. One driver even cut me to make turn into a narrow driveway and block me from driving forward he was half way on the sidewalk and didn’t drive forward until i reversed my car got in front of the garage truck

Last week they crashed into our building. This week they didn't bother to pick up our garbage. It's unfortunate there is a monopoly as they have zero incentive for decent service.
