Great employees at waipahu store especially James and Charles but the nimitz store needs improvement like starting the machine or what ever to the customer after purchase if can't start in store take it outside don't tell the customer you started in the back cause they wasn't there to hear nor see it

James is a superstar!!! He always has the answers to my questions, directs me to the products I need for my projects and is always professional.
He has never tried to up sell me on anything but does provide the best recommendations on products I should be using.
It is a pleasure to visit the shop.

I was overcharged on my cc $310+ on Sunday November 10, 2019. They tried but were unable to refund my cc and they also tried my husband's cc to no avail. Called my bank and they stated no attempt was made for a refund. Long story short after several phone calls and a promise that a refund check was mailed on November 18, 2019, it is now November 26 and I still have not received a refund because the cashier made a mistake and overcharged me. I have worked 20+ years with the postal service so I know it only takes a day for a letter to be sent. I am now in contact with Action Line because I don't know what else to do and I'm tired of being lied to

The manager was very helpful and quick service. I went there to buy one new blower. And need parts for the blower i damaged this week. His knowledge to lookup parts was awesome. I called early in the week and that person couldnt figure out which parts i needed for my blower. And told me to come down and show on diagram.

I think this place is only good if you have a landscaping business that knows exactly what you want. I went there a few times but end up going and buying to the one near old city mill (not sure the name of the store). Everytime i was there about last year maybe 2-3 times, nobody ever come and help you . No one at the showroom at all to help you. I would stay and scan for at least 20 min. Unless you know exactly what you want then you can walk up to the counter and tell them what you want to buy and they’ll bring it out. If you go there and try ask for help Good luck with that!

Honest and absolutely knowledgeable, it does not get better. I brought in a McClane mower with a recoil starter problem. The correctly diagnosed the problem and gave me a range of ideas. James and Chris deserve special commodations
