The food was very good. Very fresh. Enjoyed the deep pride onion rings and hamburger.

The decor is fresh and clean. At first the waiter was slow. He got better once we got rolling. I would recommend this restaurant to a friend.

The food is delicious, high quality with good portions. We ordered the fried chicken and waffles and an egg and bacon omelette.
Locally sourced, organic, HFCS and seed oil free meals! This place is a gem! Makes me wish we lived near by so we could eat here more often. Will definitely be coming back whenever we’re in town. And everything is cooked in tallow!

Pretty decent farm-to-table eats, for a slight premium on price. Nothing world changing or innovative, but comfy and cozy American standards abound. I’m into the mushroom omelette most times, or chicken and waffles when it’s on the daily special menu. They’re using duck eggs until the current shortage is resolved, at $5 ea., which is steep. But is understandable. Good for small groups, or grabbing a bite solo. Free parking is a bonus, especially in the Railroad Square neighborhood.

I had chillequilles and was so impressed with the quality. Also tried a bite of crab Benedict and they really get some good crab!
Server was incredible, very nice and attentive and thoughtful.

Lovely restaurant with good atmosphere and service but do not come here if you’re vegan. (Even the hash browns are cooked in butter and there were no vegan options for breakfast or lunch). FYI if you’re vegetarian, don’t order the home fries…they are cooked in beef tallow. Loved the homemade hot sauce and jam. Very nice atmosphere and servers.

★★★★★
I had an amazing experience at Americana in Santa Rosa! The place is clean, professional, and offers a much healthier twist on breakfast compared to most spots. I ordered the Sonoma omelette with a side of bacon, and it was absolutely delicious—packed with flavor. I also treated myself to a fresh-squeezed orange juice, which was so refreshing. I was impressed that even the ketchup and hot sauce were organic and free of seed oils—such a thoughtful touch! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Came here on a weekend and it was definitely a happening place. I would recommend making reservations a few days in advance so you're not waiting. But definitely worth it. The food is really good and they have a good selection of breakfast and lunch items So easy to please everyone. Parking can be a little problematic downtown so definitely arrive a few minutes early and be mindful of all the one-way streets. Also, it's definitely a bit noisy inside since all the tables are very close together. So if you bring people hard of hearing, be mindful. The views are really gorgeous as the majority of the building is covered in glass so you can look out and see everyone just walking by And enjoy all of the natural light coming in.

I have been here twice and have had disappointing experiences both times.

It seems to me like this place is going down hill the food is decent but the service level is going down. I had a few issues with this visit.
1. There were egg shells in my pancakes, when I pointed this out to the. They did give us 50% off on the pancakes.

2. We waited a very long time for our food.

3. Our server was nice, but not attentive, my water cup was empty more than it was full, we had to ask for silverware, and we had to ask for them to process our credit card.

I believe the food is still good, however for the price point (15 dollar short stack of pancakes) they are not providing an up to par experience.

I hope they get better.
