ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I excitedly mailed a gf cheesecake to my daughter for her birthday. Based on the ingredients that were listed on the website I knew she would be able to eat it. Imagine our disappointment when it was received and the ingredients were different and listed almond flour which my daughter is allergic to. I would never have purchased this cake!! So I emailed customer service and this was their response…
We apologize for the inconvenience. We can provide a 50% discount for a prepaid return label to send the cheesecake back.
Not…oh wow we are so sorry. We hope your daughter is OK. We will look into that…NOPE…nothing.
BUYER BEWARE…ingredients on package are different than ingredients on website!!

Never order from this company! I ordered a Sugar free Cake and multiple Sugar Free Candies for my Wife's Birthday. The Website stated the box would be packed with Dry Ice and would arrive fresh. FedEx dropped off the box and I brought it in seconds after it was dropped off. I notice the box was soft and partly open The box arrived damaged and the internal temperature was over 86 degrees. I notified Andy Anand minutes after opening the box over email. The Store does not have a Phone Number that works. They only handle issues over email. The asked for pictures and I sent them. They stated the cake was not smashed and they would talk to their Manager. That was 8 days ago and never heard back from them again. I have emailed them multiple times without a response. This company is a terrible. Never order anything from them!!

I got an order of sugar-free chocolate covered cherries for Christmas and something melted inside the box and all the cherries were stuck together and sticky. The cherries were good, but I had to carefully peel all the wrappings off all of them, and my hands got sticky all the time

There will never be a next time. I don't trust your product not to get me violently sick. Your product description online is misleading since it states it's gluten free, and the product clearly states it isn't. You need to remove "Gluten Free" from your site, but they are not.

My dad recently purchased some of their "gluten free" macarons online for me as a gift. I have to say, that was the most deceptive and underhanded thing by this company. They have on their site that they are gluten free but according to the box, they are most definitely NOT! There is a warning stating that they will contain trace amounts of gluten in them. Had he known this rather then just trusting the page that says gluten free, he never would have purchased them. I can guarantee we will not be purchasing from them again, and we will make sure to tell all of our friends and family. If you say your product is gluten free, then it should be!

Husband ordered these for me for Valentine's Day, received 5 days before I was suppose to so shipping was fast. and a cute card.
1st 2 pics are what he ordered ( the 24 pc) and the 2nd 2 are what we received, did not get a variety of what was shown on the website, only got strawberry, espresso, hazel nut, chocolate. and something couldnt’ tell what it was… and for the price was not happy, they tasted old and not soft in the center Russell Stover are the best sugar free candies so far and you can get local pretty much.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. This is, at best, a very poorly managed company with ZERO customer service representatives, and at worst it's a complete scam.

I ordered a box of sugar free truffles on 02/17 for our anniversary. I paid $9.99 for two day air delivery, as they said this would be guaranteed to deliver before our trip. I received the email from FedEx that the package would be delivered two days later, on 02/19. However, 5 days later, I still had no truffles, and my FedEx tracking simply says "Pending" even today. I sent an email, per their order confirmation email, to inquire about the status and ask for a refund on at least the 2 day air delivery. No response. I tried 3 more emails to them with no reply. I attempted to call the phone number listed for them, and it immediately forwards to a voicemail that reads a different phone number off, with no outbound recording or branding of any sort. I did leave a message, but received no call or email back. I tried to reach out on their site's chat feature, as well as on Facebook Messenger. Both sent me an auto-reply telling me to email them at the same email address I had already emailed four times. The order status on the Andy Anand site says "preparing for shipment" which it has said since 02/17. Today, we finally called the bank to dispute the charge and have it reversed, since we are obviously not getting our truffles. Purchase at your own risk, but I would never recommend this company.

Update 03/06/21: With still not a single word from the company, I was notified by FedEx that they package would be delivered today (after a few weeks of waiting). I attached a photo of this horrendous product. There's oil all over the outside of the box, and all of these chocolates have melted and re-solidified into one big gross mass. I'm so grateful we disputed this and got the charge reversed, because it's clear the company doesn't respond to customers to correct issues like this.

Cake showed up, hot, not on ice, stuck to wrapping, and top it all off it's the wrong cake. Ordered the marble, received rum raising smh. Will never recommend
