made the butternut squash stuffed shells, which I purchased from Antonio’s on Route 9, and they were amazing! I used a basic butter sauce, doubling the recipe, but perhaps I could’ve even tripled it. Here is what I did:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. freshly chopped sage
2 tsp. freshly chopped thyme (I used 1 teaspoon of the dried thyme)
Freshly grated Parmesan, for serving

So glad I took the trip over today and was still able to get heart shaped ravioli. Enjoyed our dinner so much and can't wait to get into the manicotti and the last pack of ravioli soon. I'll be back!

They about 7 minutes walking from me.
Walked in this morning
Very clean small store
Frim my understanding its a family business
Friendly stuff
Just cooked some for dinner
Was not even hungry ……. 😋

The best Ravioli in the area and beyond. Far better than Pastosas or Dursos. Raviolis are made fresh on premise, Antonio's has been servicing this area for years. This is a family owned business, nice people. Calling in your order ahead of time is recommended. Thanks for all you do.

Ravioli is just amazing. Better than Pastosa. Will be sure to return to try some of the other varieties.
