It's Applebee's 😅 I could say a mouthful but I'll leave it at that. Let's just say our waitress peeped I wasn't the 1 or 2 and made things happen. The riblets that were initially "defrosting" were eventually delivered on helping 3 and yummy! 😋 Chicken strips and Shrimp (outsourced) were Amazing as well! 💕

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Tender Salad. The salad is described as grilled chicken on a bed of fresh green lettuce, topped with a blend of cheddar cheeses and tomatoes. Served with honey Dijon mustard dressing and a golden brown breadstick. As soon as the DoorDash driver left, I removed my food from the bag. I noticed there was an issue right away. My meal was missing 2 items, I received fresh green lettuce with grilled chicken on top, the breadstick and honey Dijon mustard dressing. Whomever prepared the salad did not include the blend of cheddar cheeses and tomatoes. I called Applebee’s immediately about the issue. I spoke with the manager Tina and she told me that unfortunately because I ordered through a third-party (DoorDash), I need to contact them first and have DoorDash contact Applebee’s to resolve the issue. I told the manager that this logic makes absolutely no sense because Applebee’s prepared the meal and DoorDash did their part by delivering the meal. Though it made no sense, I did call DoorDash and told them what the Applebee’s manager said. DoorDash didn’t seem to have any knowledge of how Applebee’s said this issue needed to get resolved and I have not heard back yet.

We went for a birthday dinner & was nicely surprised by the new drinks on the menu. My steak was cooked perfectly. Our server did her job well & we were happy with everything 😊

My "lettuce wrap" bacon cheeseburger was two slabs of lettuce thrown in a container with the burger patty and cheese - no bacon. The serving of waffle fries had 7 total fries and they were completely soggy, as were my husband's fries and ribs. He also did not receive the coleslaw that is supposed to come with his platter. We don't normally post reviews but are very disappointed and would not recommend ordering from here.

Great restaurant, AMAZING new management, and friendly staff! Love Applebees! A restaurant with management who TRULY cares about their employees and customers! They went all out for their graduating employees! Applebees in Conway is one of a kind! ❤️

Just left...without eating. Party of two. Walked in a had to wait for a hostess to seat us. When we were seated, 8 minutes passed without the fist person approaching us for our drink or food order. It wasn't busy, and they walked by us several times and looked. When we got up and left, they seemed so surprised. Left my truck in their parking lot, and walked over to cookout.

No wonder their struggling....

Stopped here for lunch.
This Applebees has very little ambiance. Very little for decoration. Not like the Applebees I am used to.
It feels like a red roofed pizza chain was here previously and Applebees bought the location on the cheap.
Th food was ok. We both had the fiesta lime chicken. Chicken was good the rice was overcooked.
Service was friendly but lackadaisical.
Just not what I expected from an Applebees.

Food was good for the price. It was fresh and hot. However, don't these people know that SWEET tea is a Southern household staple? I ordered sweet tea and what I got was unsweetened tea. Told the waiter and he was kind and brought us more tea but I was barely any different. Could ordered a soda but I didn't think of it at the time. I'd go back but won't order any tea. Still tipped the guy pretty good based on his performance. Not his fault that the tea wasn't sweet.
