Got scared reading reviews but it was a pleasant experience for us. We came up Ball St and parked on the side and walked across to security to check in. They will call you when they have a door for you. Will text you a link to pay lumper fee. ($290 for us) Then they call when you can come pick up your empty and paperwork. Maybe a little tight backing in but not bad if you take your time. Sunday 9am appt and out by 10:45 and every staff member we encountered from security to office to warehouse workers were super nice.

Terrible facility! 1st...it was built strictly for their Day Cab trucks, no consideration for the OTR trucks that have to deliver the product before their Day Cabs can have something to do! It is manageable, but unnecessarily tight. 2nd...checked in at 06:15, for 06:30 Sunday morning appt. Didn't get a door until 09:00, didn't get signed BOLs until 13:40!!! It was a Sunday morning, only a handful of trucks there...RIDICULOUS!

Talking about they have a lot to do . They call me back about thirty minutes later telling me they rescheduling my appointment to the next day the four of July which is tomorrow to make matters worse I was suppose to be home today to start my home time which is five hrs and fifty five minutes away so there goes my damn day please if u have to pick up avoid this damn place with all cost because if u have a back haul u mite not make it to it or u will be late getting there!

It’s 2024. Why haven’t grocery warehouses figured out a better system than lumper services? The electronic payment method is definitely an upgrade to the old-fashioned Com checks but we should be past this by now. anyways this place is kind of a cluster F. You have to park on the street and call them And probably wait a significant amount of time before a dock door is “ready” catch up on some sleep, you’re gonna be here a while

All and all a good delivery. Parking on the street and call to check in. Polite security guards and office staff. Yes, you have to drop your trailer and bobtail back out,but so does a lot of Walmarts,so no big deal.

Showed up at 5:55 for 6:00 appointment. When you arrive you can’t go inside the building. First you need to park on the streets and call the number that you can see on the fence to check in. Gave me a door in 5 minutes. Then dropped the trailer and bobtailed and parked again on the streets. Sent me the text message to pay lumper fee 430$ at 8:58. Paid it right away. Called me at 12:17 the paperwork is ready. So it took them 6 hours to unload me. And also if there’s damage they leave it in the trailer. That’s terrible. They are too slow. I’d never come back here.
