I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment checked in at 8 8:00. They started loading at 8:30. No overnight parking. They don't seem to be wasting no time on loading the trailer. I'm real friendly people. Just make sure your trailer temperature is -10 when you get here. Plenty of backing room. I'd definitely p.u. from here again. Also have a pad lock for your trailer

Very descent place park and wait to be unloading.takes less time get unloaded once at the dock.they have restroom no real close truckstop .

Make sure to precool to min 0 degrees. Loaded me within 20mins. Then have to wait for temp to go down to -5, they will take a picture and send you on ur way. Awesome ppl

Always a pleasure picking up a load at this location. The staff is very friendly and you will get loaded very quickly as long as you come Pre-cooled to at least 5°!!
They also will allow you to stay onsite until 5pm before they close their gates.

This place is definitely put together on Receiving oh you must have it at -10 before you arrived or they will fined you $200-300! Once you give them your PU number go park behind the cars and they will come and get you and tell you what door to go into! “ They Will Check Temp Before You Dock in And Before You Leave!!
Addition- They will asked you come inside to see your product and give you details information!

Employees in parking lot let me park there at 0530. Was able to "check in" with receiving at 0700, someone came out about 0800 to take bills and give me a door. Unloaded less than an hour from that point on.

directions: 452 north make right onto Dutton Mill road, go down to Concord road make right down to McIntosh make right. Its on your left.

Very nice people. Arrived was loaded in order arrived in and less then 20 min. Trailer must be precooled to temperature (-10). They will not load you. They let me park on property until they closed then finished break on street next to property. Great hospitality
