I used a machine and twice it didn't dispense the soda I paid for at Lake Otis Medical Plaza. There is no website for Aurora Vending. I've read other reviews and it looks like I will not be getting my money back.

Not only is $7.29 completely OUTRAGEOUS for a single breakfast sandwich and $10 is outrageous for a tiny box of veggies, but the produce is usually rotten and the other food is often expired. I've also gotten rotten muffins and such. Disgusting. Plus, it's not uncommon for half (or more) the items being sold to just be empty. I wish they would step up.

We have these guys at work and they suck. They come to refill less than once a month, the chips are always expired and never changed out. We call for service and end up with voicemail, no call back, no service. Maintaining a vending machine seems like it wouldn't be all that difficult, but they can't quite seem to get the hang of it.

These goons have vending machines all over the place. I get it - there's a lotta canvas to work with, you know? But c'mon. These things are chock-full of expired fouls. It's a gamble whether or not you bite into a cinnamon roll that has the consistency of raw squid. The positives? They are always full of food. I haven't seen an empty one. Some of the stuff in there probably doesn't expire anyway, so good on ya. But they really need to restock and - crucially - *replace* items from these machines.

With all the vemding machines and competition that Aurora Vending has in the market here in Alaska, I believe they are doing the best job at maintaining their machines and keeping their customers happy as much as they can. Many of the machines are outdated but u really couldn't tell unless you worked for them and knew the market like the back of your hand! Plus, they just moved to a new location so I'm sure their response times are slightly off key right now! I'm always looking at the machines when I see them and they AREN'T empty!

It's been over two weeks for a reply back about getting a refund for this can that about half full which is unopened. I tried again under feedback and that was last week so it's just leaves going to here and the bbb to leave a message with them so selling what's supposed to be 12oz zero sugar cherry coke energy
