Idk what happened at this place, but the customer service needs a lot of improvement! We had to say “HELLO”, for someone to come out and when we asked a question, we were given a really short answer. Like the guy didn’t want to be bothered. So, we left and we won’t be back. Go to Advanced instead, THAT place is super helpful

The blonde manager was very rude and didn't provide any customer service whatsoever I came in to return a couple parts and had a issue with my debit card and she said all she could do is give me store credit.... I came in previously before and returned a part a few days before this incident and same issue with my debit card and they gave me my money back no issue but this manager wanted to give me a hard time instead of providing great customer service like the other manager did for me I will be calling corporate office about that manager!

Went to buy a battery ,The cashier looked up the battery on the computer screen he went to get it and they were out of that specific battery , he got a battery that He said was a reburbished battery but was the only one close to what i needed ,He never changed the battery from the original one he looked up and charged me for the battery he orginally looked up which was more money I did not notice at the time. I then tried to return it and an 18-year-old girl who is very proud of being a manager would not listen to what I had to say and treated me as some kind of a thief when it was actually, the employees falt unbelievable. I don't need.
To try and scam autozone out of a battery , this place is horrible and never shop here again. And the manager who thinks she's special to be a manager at autozone you're only there because you got d's and f's in high school good luck don't take your crappy job so seriously

Update they left a response to my review i did reach out a days fews days prior to leaving a review and was told someone will reach and resolve the issue and no call or emails what a joke

Went for a car battery and install was told that installing battery was a before 6pm thing mind you it was only 5:30pm three ppl just standing around being lazy

Beat place to go and get whatever you need . But a little sad to see Harry go to another store tho. Still a great place for me & my mustang to go get what ever we need. And that nice new yellow Stang thet MGR l thnk is to scared to see what's up on the track as well .lol
