If I can give zero stars, I would! Let me explain the short version....
For my one year wedding anniversary on March 11th, I approached Baguette Bakery on March 3rd and spoke to Rosemond over the phone to make a 4 inch cake, white and yellow in a heart shape. He told me no problem and for $40, he can do the cake with Rum and Raisin flavor. I texted the pink heart shape cake to him and he said it was possible. So today, Sunday, March 11, 2018, on my wedding anniversary, I picked up the cake at 10:30a for my wedding anniversary party at a restaurant for 2p and I got this white and yellow ROUND cake!! It's about 12 inches wide, the icing/cake was ALREADY separating on the left side, the word, "Anniversary" was not centered but was tightly written to the right side of the cake with no space, and the most important part- it wasn't a heart shape!! I texted Rosemond why he did such a poor job on my wedding anniversary cake, knowing he can't meet my demands! He texted me, "I thought it was for decoration, not the shape"!! My Husband and I decided NOT to take the cake to the party!! This is pitiful!! Here are the 2 pictures, the pink cake is what I texted Rosemond, the yellow and white cake is what I got!!
