I guess it depends on the mood the workers are at the day you picking up here. My appointment was at 9pm got there at 2pm made me wait got a dock by 8pm and is now 12 midnight and am still here who knows may some of them are just lazy.

The reviews are all different.
I got it this way: appointment at 6:00 pm, arrived at 5:20, check in at 5:30, after they gave me the door number and at 6:00 pm I was already at the dock.
Be sure to check your trailer, dirt, dust, etc., and you may be refused loading.

I always clean the trailer so everything is ok.

At 8 pm the documents were in hand. It depends on how lucky you are.

I came here 11/07/24 at 1:00 pm ‘ they gave me door at 11/08/24 at 4.00 , They rejected me for trailer wash! Came after trailer wash They said, you will have to check again , still waiting.. for dock , The worst place. I have seen it for the first time in my life. The office person rude.( Not recommended)

Sit here all day and can't get food or walmart deliveries sent to your truck. Yard jockey got upset because we had walmart delivery brought and claimed there's no public cars allowed.. we don't work here and there's no way to know that.. I didn't let the delivery driver through the gate, they did.. then get attitudes about it and show no care at all about speaking and handling it professionally.. there was numerous ways to go about this and they chose disrespect.. clearly not about drivers at this facility very sad considering it's driver apprection week..

Stay Away From This Place. 10 hours and still waiting for dock assign. Very very slow place and very unprofessional loading. Seems like live packing and loading which sucks. They need to order trucks according to their loading capacity. ?
