Thank you Stacie Ballard although it was raining it was still a pleasant tour. Seeing the process of cheese making and the cheese tasting was fantastic. Learned today that there is such a thing as grilling cheese. Which was amazing that's why we went home with our own and it wont be the last time we purchase it.

My folks showed up with some of your halloumi. Never had that before. Fast forward about a month, I’ve gone to several places trying to find it and I finally found the stash!! I need to just inject this amazingness right into my veins hahah. Sooooo good. Would love to come visit the facility some time if I’m ever in the area. But holy moly, it’s so good. Thanks for being amazing!!!

Horrible first time buying this cheese and just chomped down on a pretty big size of plastic lucky didn’t break any of my teeth or cut me . Called them up and she didn’t seemed concerned or like she cared.

The pepper cheese curds are out of this world! I mean the finest cheese curd texture and flavor I have ever had. Like I ship them to Oregon…we have amazing dairy here in Oregon…that is how good they are. Just bought 10 lbs, you should too.

Absolutely recommend looking into taking a tour. Owner took us around and showed us the farm. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The grilling cheese is to die for. Curds, Gouda, its just amazing. So fresh, so cool, and hyper-friendly! Highly recommend!
