It is a large Hindu temple where you can take a tour to admire the stunning architecture and sacred idols. In front of the massive white temple, there is a breathtaking golden statue surrounded by huge pools of water. Be mindful of the shoes you wear because you must remove them before entering, and there have been reports of theft. However, as long as everyone respects the space, it is an incredible experience. There is also a shop that sells a variety of items, including scents, health products, furniture, statues, food, and much more.

The sheer size of this place is structurally insane hand crafted sculptures every inch. I tried to show a photo of just how small a person is compared to the wall. Free parking free entry just log in and reserve from primary website. Everyone was so kind. I wish I had more coins or dollars to donate. There are many places to donate. Absolutely loved the theater to give a tutorial located at the first entrance . And cafeteria was nice and clean, food all vegetarian was amazing and not very spicy to American standards. Total 2 miles walking through all three buildings. Took us 1.5 hours to do the whole thing walking pretty slowly. Handy cap accessible and stroller friendly. Can’t push a stroller through the whole thing moms and dads should bring a carrier. I would bring hospital socks for the big white building considering the smooth floor. The big white building is a maze and will take the longest time.

This place is awesome!!

In a word, beautiful. I'm not Hindu, but I felt the energy there, especially the temple itself. So amazing. The purity of feel, and the details of the art. Wow.

You take your shoes off and can't take photos inside. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Inside the temple, don't touch! It's real stone. Lol. I got warned. I didn't know. The people there were incredibly nice, and explained and answered my questions.

It is a breathtaking place. My coworkers were astonished by my photographs, thinking they depicted India! The architecture is magnificent; the new temple resembles something from a fairytale. It is incredible that people carved all those intricate details. I find the atmosphere both calming and energizing. After visiting the temples, I recommend browsing the gift shops and enjoying a meal of authentic Indian cuisine at the restaurant.

We visited BAPS and it’s definitely a once in a lifetime experience. This is one of the largest Hindu temples outside of India in the US. The architecture is breathtaking and this temple is open to all. Definitely recommend if you are interested in an enriching experience filled with breathtaking views, cultural insight and of course, if you are part of the Hindu community, a spiritual atmosphere.
We visited in late summer so it was nice weather, there was no wait to enter but it is a pretty popular destination as there were a lot of people visiting when we went.
BAPS also has a cafe where you can buy hot food and beverages and a small store with Indian food and snacks.

Truly Amazing! This is only about 20 minutes from where I live and I recently learned about it. My daughter and I went and we're in awe of the intricate details both inside the temple and the outside all around the grounds. The staff was informative and helpful. They offer films to learn more during your visit. I highly recommend checking it out! You will feel like traveled to another country.

Out of this world experience! Such a cool place for a 1/2 day trip. If you’re into culture + architecture this is the place for you. Food court + gift shop not bad either. We went on a Wednesday late morning, no need for tickets.

The place is busy, but absolutely breathtaking! Wish I knew that they would provide scarfs to cover my shoulders so I wouldn’t have been sweating in a jacket all day. Also, group tickets ahead of time didn’t seem that necessary once we arrived. It’s almost easier to go backwards through the area to avoid some of the crowds. It wasn’t as peaceful or educational of a trip as we expected it to be which is the main reason for a lower review. Definitely do not forget to bring socks.
