I hv 2 pm appointment for pickup. They Checkin 7 am. Checkout 9 am. They r super super fast. In and out. Clean bathroom

Polite people when checking in, easy and big lot to maneuver, they go by appt times only so if you’re there before that they make you wait. Had a 1300 appt, showed up @1000 and they didn’t start me until 1450 because product was not ready!! was out before they closed‍♂️. Shippers got to realize that we are operating on ELD so any down time is lost time.. smh

We had an appt at 9 am. Checked in at 1 pm. Got empty at 1.45 pm. Thanks to all the facility team, you're the best! But it doesn't mean you have to miss your appts:)))
