I have used Bay One Limo to go to and from the San Jose airport to as well as a trip for a concert in Sacramento. The driver was very professional and courteous. It was awesome to be met at the airport by the driver holding a sign with my name on it. I also received text messages before the pick-ups and overall was very happy and impressed with the service. I plan to use Bay One Limo for future trips. The peace of mind in choosing a car service over using uber or lyft to like she has in the past, was worth the extra cost.
