My mother was put there for rehabilitation. It seemed as the place was a unorganized, i highly recommend if you have a loved one there that you pay attention. There was a very good nurse that seemed to be on top of things Lucy Cheverino, if you have a loved one that needs rehabilitation there. I again, suggest paying attention.
And being there?
But Lucy was very good. And you would be lucky to have her as you're a nurse. She stayed on top of things and got things done.

It took Mom some time to get use to the fact she would be living here permanently, but now she considers her caretakers part of the family. My sister and I do too. They take such good care of our Mom. My Mom has been a resident here for a few years. I was living out of state for awhile, but visited a few months out of the year. Now I reside a few blocks away and visit very often. Every time I'm there, the staff is very kind and caring. Mom stated how much she loved being there and considered it her home. I give great credit to her caretakers, Nurses Peggy C., Elizabeth, Tory, and Steve, and her CNAs Donna M and Crystal P. for making her feel at home . In activities Sarah and Angela have become great friends with Mom and make her want to get out of her room to participate in some of the activities they offer. Herri with Housekeeping and the Laundry staff are always on top of things. Mom's room is always clean and laundry is delivered and put away for her. Also a special thanks to Shannon in reception for all she does for us.

My Father Jeff has been at your facility for about 2 years!! Carol my step mom comes to see him just about every day. She sends me photos and videos of my dad interacting with the other residents, staff and entertainment. I want to thank Edyta for being his other wife. Also Crystal B, and Jessica Z for taking great care of my dad.!!! He loves you. Oh, and Juan he looks forward to your chats when you swing bye his unit! Thanks all of you and God Bless!!!

I just wanted to shout out to this facility for their outstanding workers. CNA Donna M., and nurse Peggy are amazing to my grandmother. They are more than employees. They are a part of the family! Thank you so much for taking care of our family like your own!

I’m very happy to have my mother in law staying here. They have great business office personnel Like Taylor and Haley that are caring and very friendly ,knowledgable and professional ,Taylor and Haley are great employees . I have also found that all the employees here always greet me with a smile . My loved one is always happy when I visit her . Thanks for taking such great care of my family member! My father was at this facility in March of 2023. At that time, the staff of the PT an OT were excellent, but that was my only positive feedback that I might have given. He has been back for much of November this year. I am impressed by the improvement I see since it’s run by HARBORVIEW. The PT and OT departments are still excellent, the Facility is cleaner, and the food tastes like food! I would like to give a special thanks to Roy Mullins, Ashley Downing, Lucy Cheverino, and Gertrude Hancock. These four people show real caring, concern, and respect for their patients. I have seen this when giving care for my father. However, I could also tell by listening to them in the hallway through Dad’s open door! Thank you for the improvements!

I absolutely love this facility. It has been my husband's home for almost 2 yrs now. I wouldn't have him anywhere else. He is so very happy here. The staff makes it the special place it is. I have so many that I am grateful for..however there are 3 CNA'S that I call my 'angels'..Edyta W, Jessica Z, Crystal B..these angels have made it possible for me to take 'a day off' from my daily visits (sometimes2)..without worrying about him. I know he's loved and taken care of. No one can imagine how important this is. He feels Edyta is his wife when I'm not here and Jess and Crystal call him grandpa! I thank God everyday that they're in our lives. Indeed..the whole facility is geared to making their patients happy and content. The activities are so well planned, with the Mgr Sara Boyd and assistant Angie Sheppard going above and beyond to bring fun and happiness to all. The facility director Scott is available to talk at anytime. His door is always open. I could go on all day and talk about my Jeff being here..we had such bad experiences before coming here..and now I see my husband well cared for, loved, and most importantly..happy.

Stay away from here. I went to visit a friend there and was overwhelmed by the smell and the disarray of this place. My friend was in a room clearly meant for one. She couldn't hardly use her bedside commode because there wasnt room to maneuver. It was a dirty place. My friend was finally released early because she was so distraught from the conditions there vi walked around and checked out the place. I saw absolutely not one single room or area that looked like the photos they have on their website. This place needs to be either takenbover and brought up to humane standards or shut the place down. The patients look like animals crammed into too small of spaces. My friend had a badly broken leg and had surgery and couldn't get her pain meds on time. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!
