BINGO, we didn't even plan on playing bingo during dinner but I guess every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month bEASTside hosts a bingo night. It was so much fun, it made waiting for our food to come out so much more enjoyable we ended up staying much past paying the bill just to play more. Highly recommend, the foods a little pricey compared to anything in the mainland states but that's not surprising, it was still great and very filling. Great service and a great Bingo host. If you have kids, there's probably something going on here that they'll enjoy.

We went for lunch on a Friday as a group of 4. Service was quick and friendly, but the restaurant was not packed. Maybe 6 tables. We ordered nachos and the cold spicy tofu. The others in our group ordered furikake ahi and guava chicken. Portions for all were large. The cold spicy tofu was good, and had a nice crunchy Umami oil on it, but the kimchi was not good. It was a little watery and not much flavor, even for fresh kimchi. The nachos were good, but the chips reminded me of basic grocery store bagged chips. Freshly fried tortilla chips would have made this dish so much better. Overall we left happy; our bill with 2 Ohana plates, an oyster shooter, and waters was $51.

My wife and I had our first experience at Beastside—it was incredible! The food was amazing, and we love that they’re a locally owned family business. The service was fantastic and super quick. My wife ordered a margarita with a Li Hing rim, and she couldn’t stop talking about it. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing service & food. Came during happy hour. The fries were so good, the pork belly was juicy and flavorful, the Mac salad was also delicious and prices were fair. Especially during happy hour!!

While on a trip, I met up with a friend who is a local. She brought us here for dinner one night, and it was truly an authentic experience. We are big fans of Hawaiian food but have limited restaurants in our home state of California. This was the best Hawaiian bbq I have ever had! My husband is a Loco Moco enthusiast and loved it! He is also a musician and we all were very impressed by the live music during our meal. They have family style meals as well as individual meals. If you want to eat like a local, come here!!!

Two for lunch. Hostess asked if we’d been here before and, since we hadn’t, gave an overview of the menu with some recommendations/favorites. Server was friendly and prompt, also making a great recommendation when we asked about the dumplings - that they were the only thing not made in house so base your decision on that! We went with sharing three pupus, which are ‘family style’, i.e., large, and it was more than enough! We ordered the pork belly bao buns (serving of 4), umami garlic shrimp and the umami fries. Pork belly was delicious and tender, shrimp were huge (had to be 12 to 16 count), of which there were a dozen plus, and the shoestring fries great. So much food we couldn’t finish it - left about half the fries but were too stuffed! It’s in a small strip mall like locale so lots of free parking. Noticed a poster for 20% off for kama’aina Mon to Fri between 1 and 3pm when ordering one of there plate lunches/combos - definitely try that next time.

Definitely worth the stop here! Great flavors, fast and friendly service, and big portions! Got the guava fried chicken, garlic shrimp, and mandoo. Would recommend them all. The mac salad is really good too!
