This review is only for the Pecan Pie which is incredibly delicious. We bought the smaller one as we've never tried their Pecan Pie. We will definitely be buying the regular size soon. The Pecan Pie is a 2023 winner at the National Pie Championships! We've eaten several types of their pies in the past and they're all delicious. The Cherry Pie, Pumpkin Pie and The Berry Bomb were all 2023 winners in their divisions. You can order the pies online or at many Farmers Markets or some grocery stores. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

After sampling a number of pies from Northern California area bakeries, Beckmann's is the best. The fillings are great, especially the peach in the summer and pumpkin in the fall, but the crust...the crust!! All-butter and perfect flaky texture. The cookies are great, too.

I have been purchasing your Asiago cheese sourdough bread for months now. It was so good that I would drive across town to Whole Foods every week and pick up 2 loaves. However, this past month or so I’ve noticed there is very little cheese on top of the loaves. Cutting costs is not always the best route. If this is the new trend I don’t think I will be driving across town to pay $8 plus to purchase basically plain sourdough bread.

I stopped by at the Saratoga farmers market today, cookies were gone before we got home, incredible. Also want to just give a shot out to the wonderful human that helped me at check out. I didn't catch the name but short blonde hair, great glasses and a green top, she was every bit fantastic as the cookies! I'm not sure if you were an owner or an employee but either way you should get a raise and you're doing great. Advocating for your small business when people try to test it is so admirable, because you know your products worth. I love to see it, and I love to support it!
Great bread, great baked goods, great staff 10/10 will shop again and again.
Pro tip, Safeway may carry their goods but they bake everything fresh for the farmers market, the quality is unmatched!

Grabbed some bread rolls and some chocolate croissants at the farmers market stand in Alameda, and man so so good! My kids legit ate half the bag of rolls before we got home an 1.5 hour later. Also have to point out that the young lady running the stand was unbelievably sweet. Definitely will be back for more!

I've never done a review for bread before, but I'm making an exception for their very exceptional bread. Their sourdough and 9-grain breads are amongst the finest I've ever tasted. The taste and the texture even outdoes any French baguette I've ever come across. Great for toasting and I even made homemade croutons with it last week and just delish! Treat yourselves and taste this bread...honestly it's the best ever!

My mother, born in 1927, was from Atzbach which has been incorporated into a bigger town called Lahnau. She married a US Soldier and came to the US in 1953. Her and the other German women (soldiers wives) baked together for many years to have traditional breads and baked goods. Then deutschlander opened up a bakery in Marina, and it sufficed until she found Beckmann's. Once she found Beckmann's, there was no going back... NO comparison.
They make outstanding baked goods. We personally love the traditional brown "Farmer's Bread"
Keep up the excellent work❣️🥰
