Wow, what an absolute terrible company to deal with.

After my first online order went well, I decided to try a second order with them recently. Cut to today, I received my meats in the mail, and all are in the temperature danger zone (as deemed by the USDA) already.

I called up and some lame excuse for customer service agent told me that higher temps were actually safe, the USDA guidelines are incorrect, and they wouldn't do anything about it.

If they can't keep meats safe for a small interstate trip, then who knows how they are if you live in a different part of the country and decide to order from them.
