3-1/2 years after purchase and with only 267 hours of use, my SVL75-2 HF tractor experienced a major issue. However, the resolution exceeded my expectations.

Berchtold contacted Kubota regarding the repairs, and as a company that truly stands behind its products, Kubota covered the parts while Berchtold generously covered the labor. This collaborative effort showcased the commitment of both companies to their customers. Our company has purchased from Mike and Berchtold for several years. They are always very competitive with pricing and their service is great. Mike (in sales) is always helpful with questions, or concerns, always responds in a timely manner, and is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with your equipment. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our Bobcat needs.

Ryan Tewalt was my sales guy for the M series tractor I purchased. He was MUCH more responsive than his local competitors in the marketplace as I looked at a few different tractors simultaneously.

He delivered the tractor himself which I found impressive. I also bought a flail mower attachment that arrived a month afterward. He delivered that as well and waited for well over an hour at my property when I was uncharacteristically late. He didn't complain, then spent at least an hour helping me un-attach the old mower and re-attaching the new mower in 90 degree heat.

Ryan is your man. Trust me.

I'm revising my original review on Berchtold Equipment co. Berchtold and Kubota both worked together to make right on our warranty issue. The farm appreciates the support from Berchtold and Kubota, it's good to know they will stand by their customers.

not a very good customer service. they tried to rob us. i don't care if it's made of gold, 8 nuts and bolts with a complete weight of 8/10 of a pound should NOT be costing us over $460!!! over $10 for the nuts and $43 for each bolt!!!we have been here before, and parts were outrageously expencive, and i thought the deere dealership was a bit pricy... would NOT reccomend this place!
