Nice people but Don’t come before 8am because door closed no space for park … come with appointment time .. u will unload in 30 min max

What a terrible experience dealing with these Circus Animals. I'm was a paying customer and Melissa treated me like crap. The job we needed material at was less than a mile away. We needed 4 loads and 1 truck could do it in a couple of hours. They made us get 2 trucks. I understand about having an appointment and other bigger customers. But to park a truck for an hour because we didn't know their procedures. I got loaded and asked about paper work. I was told they would put all the loads on 1 invoice and to go dump out. I'm sorry I'm not a mind reader. What an attitude from Melissa. Dave said I lied about what the labor told me. Anyway I found that we could get the same soil out of Half Moon Bay (Rice Soil Farm) for less money and delivered. I have heard from many growers in Watsonville that their behavior was standard operating procedure. I will never but from them again or recommend Sunland for soils.
