I’ve been working with Piedmont Power for several years and had great experiences with them. I was happy to see that Beverage Tractor has kept the great service tradition going. They just did a 200 hour service and a few other maintenance related things and my 15 year old Kubota is running like a champ. Particularly happy that Jeff, the pickup delivery man, is still in the picture

I have spent over $150,000 in equipment from Piedmont power and they charged me $3500 for a clutch repair on a tractor i bought from them with only a couple hundred hours. The clutch had issues a few months later they did not stand behind their work. They have tried to charge me for the clutch again. I have paid over $6000 in repairs for the tractor and now they want to charge me again for a third time. The owner told me he is selling the business and not only did he not warranty his work but told me I need to get the tractor because he does not want it on his property because of the sale so I needed to pick it up. The service team takes several weeks or longer to repair most equipment issues. In my opinion he is not interested in good customer service due to the possible pending sale. He also has accused our team for wearing the clutch out. I would really consider purchasing equipment from this company or having them service equipment. If they don't take care of someone or warranty a third trip in less than a year for a customer who has bought 2 kabota tractors , 4 commercial mowers, box blade, grapple hook, bush hog, 10 commercial grade weed eaters, 2 commercial grade backpack blowers, and countless other pieces of equipment and parts then who are they willing to take care of.......buy at your own risk!

Excellent Sales, Worst Service for our Kubota! We purchased our tractor in April 2022. We have taken our tractor in twice (April and June) for a hydralic fitting leak on the front-end loader. All they did was tighten a stuck open fitting? It needed to be replaced! At this point I tried to order the part and do it myself. They called me back right away and said they would order the parts and come out to my house this time to install them under my original warranty. At the end of July a man showed up (without calling) to our house to confirm it was still leaking. Really? Like it was going to stop on it's own? I pulled the line and showed him the fluid running out of the blue line. He said, "Yes that is a problem" I said " I know, I've been trying to get it replaced on my first two visits" He said the parts have been ordered and he would stop by when they came in. It is now September 30th! That was two months ago!!! When I stopped in yesterday, I was told that there was no order for the parts. I was also told that the person I had been working with had left the company. At this point I've about had it. I can order parts at Culpeper Kubota and they get them in from Atlanta in less then 2 days. Why is this taking so long? After writing this blistering report it was fixed right away. I guess for some places it takes being held accountable publicly to do it right. This could have been done right the first time. Good luck people! 5 months later and it's still working (not leaking). I must have been right in my 1st diagnosis. No, I'm not looking for a job. I love our Kubota. They make great equipment that will last my lifetime. If you're on the fence of Orange or Green, save 10 grand and go Orange. Or get an Orange tractor and a green zero turn for the same money. Buy the cab tractor and maybe your Mrs will help.

I came in there this morning and bought a solenoid in open package. And did not realize it was an aftermarket part missing parts And been installed before, inside and open Kubota Package
Unfortunately, I traveled a long distance to pick this up and it’s not feasible to return it. I will never buy another part for these people again, selling aftermarket parts and side of a Kabuto package. This is a knock off that sold on Amazon.

If you want to have a more personal Family feel and very Professional experience while shopping for the Best Outdoor Equipment for your home or Business and receiving a very good Deal then you need to stop going to Lowe's & Home Depot and Start Visiting **PIEDMONT POWER** because they will handle all your needs in every way possible. The Sales Team are very Professional & Friendly. They just don't sale you and leave you, Oh No, they stick with you afterwards by checking in on you and your new purchase to see your status and to help you with any needs and the Service Department is willing and waiting to assist you. Now you can't get that from Lowe's & Home Depot but you can get some Bags of Mulch, Grass seeds and Kitchen appliances but don't waste your money on their Yard Equipment because PIEDMONT POWER have the Gooood Stuff.😁👍🏾

I often frequent Piedmont Power for hydraulic hoses...so far they have not disappointed. Things are getting ridiculously expensive, however. 2 small hoses, 3/8 i believe, a few feet long each, cost $150!
My boys love coming with me to look at the tractors and utv's/atv's/motorcycles that are usually on the showroom floor.
Apparently they are now a Wacker Neuson dealer in addition to kubota and Honda. They previously sold Gehl but have moved away from Gehl to Wacker.
Staff is always polite and welcoming. For me, Piedmont is my go-to place for hydraulic stuff.

I purchased a new Toro 60" Commercial Walk-Behind Mower and LandPride 60" 3 Pt finish mower in spring 2023 from the team and am super happy with both the equipment. The Toro is a beast and does a superior job. And the LandPride is a nice machine. The team at Piedmont were helpful during sales and offered some terms that not all dealers support. As mowing season revs up again, I realized I had not left a review and needed to do my part for the team at Piedmont!

Well I do a few small engine repairs. But someone asked me to work on a Honda 4 wheeler. I explained that I didn't know much about it. But I told him that I would do what I could. So found out the problems. And called parts. Wow I thought that he was being helpful. I even explained the situation to him. And came back with a quote. I even asked him for a written quote. Went back to my costumer. Well was friend. So he could call and pay for the parts. Come to find out after I called him. He decided to call around to save some money. Called the store in F-burg. It was half. Big difference from 700. And 332. Thanks for making me look like I was trying to rip my friend off. So please call around for pricing. Before you come here.
