Came for lunch. Shared Chili burger on a brioche bun. Side order of fries. Wait staff was quick to seat and take orders. Fries were very good. Burger was cooked perfectly and had good taste. My only concern was seating that is too close to the tables making it hard to get out.

Amazing brewery with excellent local food. The beers proved why they've won a ton of awards. The garlic fries were the best I've ever had. You can see the minced garlic on them. The burgers were delicious. Green chili stew was fabulous. Ambiance was very relaxed, and the service was superb. Hands down this is my new favorite brewery. We drove two hours to get here, and it was worth every minute.

We had the fish bites, poke nachos, lilikoi margarita and beer flight! Everything was amazing and worth every penny! The server Sunny was busting ass and was super cheerful and friendly. Great experience:)

Great spot for a late lunch. Little slow being seated but after that service was great. Sat outside and enjoyed a flight (lots of selection on tap), favourite was the Paniolo Pale Ale. Wife liked her margarita. Shared the black and blue burger with garlic Parmesan fries and an order of their fish bites - delicious - tempura ahi bites with a house dipping sauce. You can also sit inside but the patio fit the vibe perfectly and is covered, so mostly protected from the sun. Recommended stop!

Really nice brewhaus with some good beer and great service. Small cozy interior and the outdoor patio is really nice too. Food was good but a little fancier than expected and priced as such. Still worth checking out.

Driving around Waimea I saw the Sign "Big Island Brewhaus", couldn't resist a local Hawaiian brewery. I ordered a sample of different beers and enjoyed tasting them all before settling on the Dark Knight. Not sure it was what I wanted from the samples but it was still pretty good. We tried a side of the local beef it was delicious also tried the stew and squash. We met a few locals and enjoyed swapping stories. They have inside seating and outside seating in da beer garden. A very fun place, I recommend!!!

We just came here to experience the local brewery, we had just eaten lunch. The service was amazing and very attentive. The beers were decent, not over the top exciting. I’m a stout person myself and they didn’t have that (no surprise…it’s aloha land). Hubby is a die-hard hazy IPA guy and he ‘liked it good enough’ but in no comparison to some in North Carolina (praying may come back from Hurricane Helen ☹️) and California breweries. Really like their logo!
