I got my seeds yesterday. They look very good and healthy/viable. The wait for delivery was a little longer than I expected, but it was well worth the wait. They did come from an island in the middle of the ocean. A lot of people are badmouthing this business, but they're not telling the truth. I can assure you, if you order from Big Island Genetics you WILL get what you ordered eventually. Just be patient.

The owner also sent me an extra package of seeds along with the ones I ordered. I gotta say, I'm excited to grow 2 amazing rare strains from my favorite place, Hawaii. The owner was also very quick to respond to an email I sent him about the seeds. I'll definitely be purchasing more seeds in the future. Thanks Professor!

Update: Most the seeds I planted sprouted just fine. There was an 85% success rate. Not too shabby. The plants look gorgeous, green and healthy!

I had a problem starting the seeds and reached out to BIG and they acknowledged they were having an issue with the strain I got. They helped me out and will replenish my stock with another strain, I am very pleased with their communication and response to my issue. I will purchase from them again.

Genuinely disappointing experience. I wanted to order from a local breeder rather than a mainland seed bank. I ordered some seeds on April 25th and was strung along for weeks about the status of my order, where it was located etc. First it was "lost" in the warehouse, but it never showed up after they shipped it out a second time. I was told multiple times my order would be resolved and fixed and was blown off. I ended up having to get a new bank card and doing a charge back. Very disappointing, shop here at the own risk.

Purchased seeds that NEVER grew and when I contacted the store I was assured replacements was on the way. Nothing was ever sent. This is bunk business for sure. Do not buy anything from this website!!!
