Horrible customer service this is the second time this happens to me. We drive 2 hours just to get the chorizo from there because it the best but for some reason the man that works in the meat always gets mad and makes faces when we ask to have the meat separated into different bags by lb . I dont understand what the problem is it’s a simple task. He needs to work on his attitude and how he talks to people.

That lady that was working today is obviously not enamored with black folks. One would think as a paying customer, I would get a better response to a ‘ good morning’ than a ummhmm. And when I asked for a bag, she didn’t even bag the item just handed me the bag to do myself. It’s okay, I won’t be back.

My husband tried cashing his check there. He was denied having proper documents California ID ..social security .. a bill.. u name it he had it on hand and the lady denied him for not being a "field worker". Apperantly you must be a field worker to cash your check there. Weird isn't it?

Heard about their chicharones with meat attached from a family member. My husband & I had to see for myself. Best price & flavor we've seen for Oxnard & Ventura!

False advertising here watch out. They sent me a flyer advertising 40lbs of chicken legs for 29.99, but when I tried to purchase, they stated that the sale was for chicken quarters. I'll never come back as I can't count on them to honor their advertising.

Really bad costumer service, I tried to buy and the lady in front was eating and said, in not a good manner, that I had to wait until she was done eating or go, there was a few people just waiting for her to finish so they could pay, not recommended
