I mean… this is not okay. I never leave bad reviews but my jaw nearly hit the ground when I picked up this cake that I ordered from the BJ’s bakery. I wasn’t expecting much, but this looks terrible. Another customer was picking up her order when I placed mine and she was freaking out to the staff about how terrible hers looked. I have gotten beautiful cakes from BJ’s years ago so I figured I’d be fine. I should have gone somewhere else.

I ordered bj's home delivery today. I was disappointed with three of my items I received. I ordered the cheese mini coffee cake. The cake was on the side, smashed and fell out of the compartments. I also two containers of trailmix. One of them was opened and less than half empty. Someone obviously ate some of it. I was totally disgusted. Lastly, my hamburger buns was a little mangled and smashed in some places. I really, can't see bj's shopper picking out items like that when there is better selections they could have picked out. I didn't think the driver would do something like that because he called me to tell me that he put my groceries in boxes. So, I don't know what to think. I thought i tipped well. Either way, Mike, the manager resolved my issue quickly and refunded me the items. He didn't questioned. The reason for the four stars is because it's hard to get a hold of membership and I have to ask other departments to connect me to management and prices slighty higher than the bj's in south jersey. But, all in all, I never had any issues with this bj's, when I ordered online and purchased in store. I think the staff is great and management is excellent. I been shopping at this store for 15+ years. I would suggest to do pickup or purchase in store. I attached photos.

Absolutely the worst bjs ever no customer service what so ever 2 occasion I went and both where terrible experience 1. Time the sales representative approached us eating a bag of cheese doddle talking while chewing 2 time I went to purchase a tv the rep saids she not willing to help us because its 945 and she getting ready to go home unbelievable I will cancel my bjs. Membership and go strictly. To cosco where they know how to treat there customers

I bean a member of this place so far a happy customer not anymore use to be a place the i can save some money to keep going not anymore prices are out of control i use to pay $16 .00 for eggs. There. 3 weeks ago now they whant $26.00 for the same eggs .we need to do something i going to stop eating eggs i can't afford them for my family cofee i use to pay $13.00 now is $16.00 come on. Please

I specifically want to shout out “Adorable” Kevin in the deli. Without even having to ask, he let us sample us some of the deli meats, allowing me to find a new favorite! Amazing customer service.

I echo the comments about not being able to scan our carts ourselves since the woman who stands idle at the podium up front claims she will only scan the heavy items. $150 worth of items, all turned strategically so the bar codes could be easily scanned, and she told me she'd only scan the two really heavy things. It would have taken her no more than 20 seconds to scan the rest but I had to take each of them out, scan them at the register, place them on the tray, then reload the cart. In the meantime, she returned to lean on her darn podium and watch my struggle. What lousy customer service. Give me the stupid hand scanner and I'll do it myself and you won't even have to pay me $20 an hour!!

I’m not surprised with the bad reviews because they deserves it.
I purchased a 1.5k outdoor playset for my kids and after I opened it and started to organize the assembly and put together few pieces I found a lot of cracked and damaged pieces and I felt it would be unsafe for my kids especially with the weather and kids jumping and rough plays would make it worse, so I called the costumer’s service on April 15th explained what happened and I was honest and said I opened it and found pla pla pla and what are my options please so after putting me on hold many times and sending some pictures she said I will get fully refund and keep the playset or discard it yourself, so I thanked her so much for the resolution and after 10 days now called to check where is my refund to buy a new one ?
A rude customer service replied No you have to return it to the club to get your money.
I said but that’s not what I was told on the previous call?!
She said if you didn’t return it you won’t get your money so I asked to speak to a manager he said I don’t know who told you keep it but no you have to bring it back
So I said at the first place I didn’t ask to keep it and if you guys changed your mind I should be informed and receive email or a phone call , he didn’t comment
And he said call the store may be they will help you pick it up
I called the store and I said it’s a lot of pieces and how I’m going to return it back arrange pick up
He was very rude and he said the manager said return the playset to get your money and hang up!!!!
They wants me to return it my self to the club to get refund
So after all this hassle and wasting time and ruin my kids happiness because they saw the playset and after giving me a solution they changed their mind without informing me and they don’t care even that I bought a new item and after opening the box it’s damage inside , they don’t care about after service

Well, You must know... It sucks.

The reason I Hate it is because the employees at the café don't accept dollar coins.

Another reason is that it makes them seem racist, because it is almost like they don't want native Americans in their store, I can support my point by telling you that the dollar coin has Native American Sacagawea.

Other than that, the quality is terrible. A cup there cost $1.00 + New Jersey Tax (9 cents) which is only for 1 small cup! The worst part is... THERE IS ONLY 1 SIZE!!!

In conclusion, The store is terrible. I think there are tons of improvement that have to be made, Such as more cup sizes, And the rather most important thing to be improved is the currency in dollar coins.
