I'm a local who had been putting off visiting Blandy for far too long. When we did, to enjoy fall and the Ginkgo Grove, we were overwhelmed.

The farm was beautifully maintained and the historic structures on the property were a delightful addition. Trails were clean, marked, and easy to use.

The scenery was gorgeous. The Ginkgo Grover was just overwhelmingly spectacular. It's definitely a way to experience nature and the wonderful flora/fauna of the area in one place.

My only complaint was it was a bit crowded, but it was a weekend during Gingko season so I should have expected that.

Getting yr steps in here is unparalleled. Can’t travel to Asia to be in a bamboo thicket to cosplay flying kicks? Blandys got you. Immerse in the ginkgo grove yellow in fall green in spring and barren in winter. English herb garden, native plant walk, conifer strolls, terraced hillside. Hidden information everywhere. So many different environment vignette installations on grounds on a plantation. Yes plantation. Beautiful stone building that signage says was thought to be slave quarters. Critical thinking suggests otherwise, maybe overseer quarters maybe. Great place for kids to run around and explore and play freely off path. Wahoowa

Absolutely love this location for my couples. Engagement sessions locations rarely have what Blandy has - so much variety, ease of assess and BEAUTY. It can become busy, but that just pushes me to explore the vast expanse of the beautiful land! So grateful for this place.

This is a great place to walk around no matter what season. Right now (end of October, beginning of November) is the time when the Gingko Grove is yellow and so beautiful. Lots of great photo opportunities.
Dogs are allowed on leash. Bring the whole family and have a great time enjoying nature. If you can't walk all the way to the Gingko Grove you can drive there and hopefully get a parking spot. There are parking spots all around the grounds. Also love the bamboo.

Perfect spot to enjoy nature and walk. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. Take a picnic, it's free entry unless an event is taking place. Each year on Mothers day weekend they hold a big plant sale. I love it! Native, annual and perennial plants for sale. $15 a car load to get in. Food vendors as well. Wagon s provided to carry your purchases.
