The staff is very friendly. Jetta was very helpful setting up my account, and finally got them to deposit my paycheck within a business day. Usually it takes ~7 business days to clear my paychecks which is quite annoying. The main reason for my 3 star review is their questionable security practices and when I brought this up on the phone, the supervisor begun arguing with me about it (clearly it wasn't her area of expertise). Oh well, I'll continue banking with them since the staff are nice and never hassled me about masks or anything. As far as banks go it could definitely be worse. Unfortunately, they recently got bought out by BMO who sounds a lot worse according to reviews online so I wouldn't hold out hope on them improving but we'll see.

Had a account there,account there,
Needed proof that my POA
Had not stopped my SSI deposits
and was indeed spending the money
On herself while I incarcerated . I got 2 copy of checks she cashed,and was told that if I wanted more, it was 10.00 ACheck. No way to cover that locked up,even tried telling them.that SS would force me to pay it back if the Sheriff's offices did not file a case in court against her.
Needless to say it was quite the shock when released, I would have to survive on less than 500.00 per month no snap card. I felt like I was robbed again and the bank helped this time.
