I bought my first ever plant at botanica nearly two years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. From giving me tips on how to care for a specific plant, to helping me build a terrarium, I have never had a bad experience. They have an amazing selection and very helpful staff. They also do tons of community outreach and are huge supporters of other small businesses around Huntsville. From allowing people to use the space for classes to simply recommending other business to their customers. They truly want to see other people and businesses thrive just as much as their plants do.
This store is a true gem and adds so much value to the Huntsville community.

I absolutely love Botanica. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and do their best to work with you. They keep a wide selection ranging from small or easy plants to large or more specialized plants. If you’re looking for a plant or need something for your plant needs, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. If they don’t have what you are looking for, they’ll tell you where you can find it or try to get it for you! Again, absolutely love this place!!!

I have bought a few plants over the years and always great quality and the price isn’t insane either!! Plus the store itself is so beautiful and calming(I may have dropped by just to enjoy coffee because it’s so nice) and don’t even get me started on the wonderful staff!! So helpful, so knowledgeable and they even hold classes which are so much fun!! Definitely the best plant store in North Alabama !!

I have used this shop multiple times and the owner and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating. The environment of the shop is so relaxing, and multiple times I’ve found myself caught in there for hours. The plants are all beautiful and well cared for, and you can thoroughly tell the staff is passionate about their work. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a shop quite like this before. I cannot recommend it enough!!!!

Ordered a plant online that was to be given as a gift and had a friend pick it up for me. Had I been able to pick it up myself, I would not have left the store with it as it looked like it should have been in the plant clearance section at Lowe’s. The leaves had holes and tears and it was greatly in need of nourishment. After communicating with the store about exchanging/returning the plant, the employee I spoke with kindly offered to stay after hours until I got off of my shift at the hospital to return it only to not be there when I arrived. So I left the plant on the doorstep of the business (without receiving a refund) in hopes that they will see the condition of the plant and refrain from selling plants in such poor shape in the future to anyone. I do not recommend this business and I will not do business with them in the future.

This place is so cute with such friendly and helpful staff! So many fun trinkets and beautiful plants. Personally, I quite like their crystal selection, hope they get more bracelets!

I went here a few days ago and was BLOWN away! This plant store is definitely the best in Huntsville. Such a wonderful variety of species, and they were apparently low on stock when I went and that sounds unbelievable because the place was already a jungle. Can’t wait to go back for their plant swaps and tea lounge! Thanks for a wonder experience Kit!
