Had a visit to the farm on the day of Open house (03/22) and it was a wonderful experience. We were fortunate enough to have Suzan, who was so kind, knowledgeable, and explained each step from the collection to package. Her spirit to explain us was amazing and it was like a private appointment with her learning things. Thank you for all the effort and we couldn’t stop thanking you and the team. Meg gave us the delight of tasting all flavors of Maple syrup and the closure with a maple pan cake was absolute bliss. Worth a visit to know the process involved with manufacturing, will preserve the picture we took with you and the picture of the 250-year-old maple tree.

We had such a fun tour with Meg! This farm is beautiful and it was so fun for us and the kids to learn about the maple making process. We were visiting Woodstock on a weekday, so they were technically closed, but I reached out and left a VM and Meg was able to schedule us into a weekday tour with some other visitors. Their syrup is organic and delicious! I highly recommend this farm.

What a lovely place and the people who work there!
We got really lucky to see the sugar house in action and witness the boiling of maple syrup at the end of March. We loved the sugar house tour and seeing the process of maple syrup production, maple syrup tasting and learning about different syrup grades, and warm waffles with maple syrup at the end!

Meg knows EVERYTHING about maple syrup because she literally does everything in the operation...from tapping trees to the final pour, she is hands on every step of the process. We visited offseason (June) and she kindly met us out there and spent over an hour explaining and showing the process, explaining the qualities and grades of the syrup, and of course a taste test. The best way I'd describe it is "real"...Meg is so engaging and authentic, our 4 teens really enjoyed the experience. The sugar house taps 10,000 trees and produces over 4,000 gallons of syrup a year.

Had a fantastic tour where we met the owner, Don, and Meg. Learned so much about maple sugaring and tasted the delicious syrup. Really authentic and in depth experience.
