We absolutely love the Bowden homestead. I have an autistic daughter and they welcome us with open arms to bring her anytime she's having a bad day. The owners are the sweetest people I have met . They deeply care for these animals and provide the best life possible for them. It is always a joy to go hang out with all the animals and watch my daughter just flourish and come out of her shell and be herself. They do all this for free so I believe us as a community should always leave a donation for them to help pay for vet visits and medication and of course to be able to buy all the different foods and things they require. They are also on the brink of making some exciting changes to the farm so I advise everyone to turn up even if you don't have kids, it's just great to be able to walk around and talk with the owners and listen to all the knowledge they have on some pretty awesome critters. I can't even tell you the name of the giant cold critter I held yesterday. I want him !! But anyway please take my advice and go for a visit, you won't regret it! - Nicole , Adam , & Olivia ❤️

Such sweet people, who really have a big heart for all creatures. My family loved visiting their farm !! We got to hold so many different animals! It was a great learning experience for the kids.

Had a wonderful time during the toy drive they held. Wonderful people doing a wonderful thing. The animals that you are able to interact with are adorable!! Take your kids out to their place and let them experience the different animals. Little piggies and goats and even a baby alligator!! ? If you can't make it out there or perhaps you don't have little ones, make a donation to them to help with feed costs. I know they would be grateful.

This is an amazing addition to our little town. Just what we needed to let our littles explore and learn about various types of animals, up close at that! We have had so much fun each time we have gone that we even forget to take pictures sometimes.?
