We have been members of boxedorganics for many years and have enjoyed fresh fruits, vegetables, and eggs, trusting that they are as locally sourced as possible. I love that sometimes our box contains food that is not available at the local grocery store. This spring we received ramps, scapes and rhubarb. In the summer, we get peaches so fresh and local that they still have fuzz on them. With every pickup, we get an email which contains recipes. So many of them have become regulars in my recipe files. There is also a wonderful option to donate shares of food to families in need.

Fantastic food, people, and an overall great company.The produce is gorgeous and some are unusual, all fresh, and delicious. Mushrooms and eggs were perfect. Communication, logistics, have been flawless despite winter storms. Eco-conscious packaging. I love that we can donate our share to.help alleviate hunger in.the community if we are out of town. Can't recommend Boxed Organics highly enough.

The honey butternut squash in this week's box are unbelievably delicious, and changed my entire opinion on squash. In general each box is full of an inspiring array of seasonal fruits and vegetables, which inspire in two ways: 1. To take new and different approaches with what's offered in the box (I love that someone else makes me choices up for me); 2. And it makes me eat more fruit and veg.

I eat better because they give me yummy vegetables every two weeks. Nothing goes to waste because they also supply recipes. I get it delivered for an extra fee which is so worth it. All in all a great service and ultra fresh produce from an ultra nice people.
