I used to really like this store but things have changed. My son worked here in 2020, while he was there he asked Darrell if he knew of a place where he and his disabled mother could rent. While he waited to hear back from Darrell about the question the grocery manager and the meat manager lied on him and so he quit. He tried to talk to Lee about it and Lee cursed my son on the sales floor in front of customers while he shouted at my son. Thank God my son quit that job but we're still homeless, I've been through lung cancer twice and still homeless twice but that's okay!

The Cashiers Are Friendly and Nice. They Are Great About Pointing You In The Right Direction When You Need To Find Something. The Prices Are Little High for Quite A Lot Of The Items But The Selection Is Good. There Have Been Issues With The Fresh Produce Being Spoiled, Moldy Or Rotten (Not Usually An Issue). It's Very Convenient If You Don't Want To Travel All The Way Into Harrisonburg. They Sell Alot Of Local Items As Well. I Would Recommend If You Need To Get A Few Items But Not A Whole Shopping Trip. The Fresh Food They Sell is Absolutely Delicious And They Try To Switch It Up Every Day. All In All A Store That Deserves A Visit.

Local grocer, great steaks. Its nice to go to a store where the meat department has a butcher that knows what they are doing. My new go to place for rib eye steaks.

Convient but overpriced. Crowded, Really long line. Need more cashiers. Also check dates on all your things because I have found several expired things here in the past.

I was in the area and needed potato's so I stopped and I'm glad I did!
They had 8 lbs of potato's for 3.99 whereas WalMart had 2 lbs for 3.99!
They have select meats 5 for 20 like the old days!

I only go to this store if Kroger or Food Lion didn't have something I needed or if i forgot something & need it rather quickly.. Bridgewater Foods is the closest to me in comparison to the other stores but I refuse to make it my main grocery store. Every time I go in there, the cashiers are rude. I usually don't waste my time writing about pettiness such as a rude cashier but today I will. She was rude!! for no reason. I smiled & said hello but she just seemed....ugh. I just needed marshmallows for something I was making, but next time I'll just go a little farther and get them.

Check the expiration dates before purchasing. Some of the produce could have been fresher. I felt the prices were a bit higher than the larger food chains. On a positive note, it's nice for a quick trip in & out. They did have a variety of local & brand name products to choose from.
