Perfect dining and playhouse on the river. We went midweek in March, so busy but not too crowded. The Playhouse sits midtown New Hope, so it is convenient to park once and spend the day and evening.

We came to Buck’s county to see a show at the Buck’s County Playhouse – The Bridges of Madison County starring the great Broadway star, Kate Baldwin.
The area around the theatre is absolutely beautiful. The theatre is situated right on the Delaware river overlooking New Jersey.
The theatre is a renovated historic gristmill right on the water. The seating is nice and comfortable – with a little leg room – its not too tight.
The stage is easily seen from most seats without issue – as the theatre is small-ish.
The sound quality if fantastic - we heard every word and song as clear as can be.

I am glad we came to see this show because otherwise I don’t think I would have known about the town of New Hope and what a charming and historic little town it is.

The Bucks County Playhouse is an excellent place to enjoy a show or a play. It is small with good 👍 seats.You are close enough to the stage,so that you can see and hear everything.Also there is a restaurant and bar 🍸 that is attached to the Playhouse. You can have lunch/dinner before or after the show .Or during intermission,you can go to bar and have a drink. Also there is an outdoor deck,which overlooks the scenic Delaware River.The staff at the Bucks County Playhouse was friendly 😀 and very helpful during my visit
I would recommend visiting the Bucks County Playhouse to 👀 see a show. It's an 👍 great experience!!!

Love this place. So much passion and professionalism put into the performances, by actors and staff alike.
Seen multiple shows here and never had a bad experience.
Every seat has a great view in this small but very quaint theatre.
You will NOT be disappointed.
Grab pre show drinks and dinner beforehand!

Good production. New Hope is a lovely little town. Parking was a bit of a challenge. We went to the restaurant attached to the theater (On The Deck). The salads were delicious!

Always have a fabulous “top notch” experience at the playhouse beginning with dinner at the Deck! A great big THANK YOU to Alex, Erica, and the entire team for providing us with VIP service all the time! Erica took care of us this past Saturday and was so nice to my 2 grandchildren by giving them coloring sheets and crayons during dinner. I loved her gracious and kind attention to detail! Thanks again Erica for taking great care of us! ALL TEAM MEMBERS OF THE DECK RESTAURANT ARE AMAZING!!!!

This is one of our cherished spots. The atmosphere here is always vibrant, and the people are warm and welcoming. The town itself is full of charm and character. For those who appreciate theater and Broadway-style performances, this place is an absolute gem.
