They are small business with BIG expectations! Such an amazing staff that is willing to help before you walk through the door, until they succeed at helping your needs! Great brand dog foods, especially for large or extra large lol which is hard to find. And best prices around! Even on extra large dog toys!!!! That are WAY over priced then their competitors. If you get a chance to check them out and give small businesses, your business.... this is definitely one of them!!
*Also, only ones with Grain free dog food, 50lb bag, American companies, which means fresher foods!!

The owner, Mike, responded immediately and found us an alternate source. He was shocked about our issues with Mary, said he hasn’t had another report like this.

The store did not carry pullets/chickens, but referred me to a woman named “Mary” who I was assured could help me out. Mary and I agreed to a sale of 2 Lavendar Orphingtons, and were to meet on Saturday at Butterhof’s. When I called to firm up the time on day of sale, she backed out, saying she changed her mind and didn’t want to sell her “breeding stock”. This is horribly unprofessional, and Butterhof’s should discontinue their referrals-based relationship with “Mary”.
