Called about my maple syrup having a huge unknown blob in it.
Because it was past the best by date they didn't care. Anyone who knows anything about maple syrup knows that if it's pure it shouldn't go bad or ferment or grow mold or anything. I think it's not pure and they do not stand behind their product or the quality gaurantee 3 generations strong. Lol will NEVER buy this product again. Cheap junk, you get what you pay for.

This years maple syrup is amazing! Sweetness like candy. Tastes like the best silver maple syrup around! Then the maple flavor was just right. I use maple syrup in my no bake nut, oats and dried fruit bars! I often add it to my morning coffee and sometimes I dip sweet potatoes in it instead of ketchup. This was my first time trying your maple syrup! Yummy!

My order came and was a mess. The product was not covered in a sanitary manner. There is only one small sticker holding the box closed which doesn’t seem cautionary enough in this day and age. The sticker had come open on my box ( a large enough opening fir someone to get their fingers in there) and all the candy had come up out if it’s foil and was all to one side if the box. I am soooooo disappointed in your product. I grew up in Vermont and was so looking forward to it until I received it!!!

I enjoy my maple syrup immensely. I live in Oklahoma now but my mother was from Vermont and she raised me on pure maple syrup. There's nothing like it, and it's so delicious from Butternut Mountain Farm!

Love their maple syrup and their customer service for online orders is amazing! High quality products, great prices, and super fast delivery! I'd recommend them to every and any one. Of course, the syrup is excellent. This is because it's nothing but cooked tree sap. Their other great products include the maple sugar and candy. If you want an honest critique, though, their other products fall short of perfection.
I ordered Butternut Mountain Farm's Sweet Maple mustard. The ingredients, while better than most, still contain things that I wouldn't consider buying from a grocery store. Have you ever tried a product and thought to yourself "you know what this can use... xanthan gum and some natural flavor." All of their other products follow the same pattern including the BBQ sauce, jellies, and other mustards.
I wonder if their pancake mix is made with enriched bleached flour.
I think Butternut Mountain Farm is closer to perfection than they know. If they could figure out a way to make the food without citric acid, processed sugars, and other food science ingredients, I'd order from them for the rest of my life. Until then, the hunt for pure unadulterated food goes on.
