Drove 40 minutes to get to this place. Didn't realize they close at 11:30am on a Saturday. Pulled up at 11:34, they're still open but this lady refuses to let me drop a tiny truck bed of trash. I understand wanting to close on time but given the circumstances a little kindness goes a long way. I'll find somewhere else to go.

It was great to just get out of the house with my family and we haven't been to a fair in years. Everybody was really nice except for a couple of tired game employee's. The rides brought back alot of memories, along with the food and drinks. A bit steep on the food, but tasted awesome. We haven't laughed like that in a long time. The only down side was seeing the animals in those tiny pens. They seemed so depressed and stressed out. All and all a wonderful experience for the family

Today I officially stopped recycling ! Took 10 bags of clean plastic and 4 bags of aluminum cans to recycle. Due to COVID19 I'm guessing the geniuses at Calhoun Recycle have put the containers inside the fence and have placed a recycle Zar on work release in Charge of policing people's recyclables . I'm not going to knit pick 10 bags of plastic for these people !!! Get over yourselves Calhoun Recycling.... your stupidity will cause hundreds of recyclers like myself to throw tons of plastic in landfills !! Idiots !!
